The reason for sore throat could be accompanied with cough due to an infection of the lungs,causing a secretion of mucous.Gargle twice daily with a solution of six pressed garlic cloves,mixed it into the glass of lukewarm water and sip it.Follow the procedure for 3days.Research shows that fresh garlic juice has antimicrobial properties that helps in fighting pain causing bacteria.The warm liquid soothes inflamed tissue.For a month, try to avoid milk and products of milk,if you have excess mucous secretion.Even 2 tablespoon of lemon juice and 2 tablespoon of honey mixed in lukewarm water can give relief.

7.Hiccups

The most common procedure is to take a glass of water and gulp it down non-stop.Another one is take a spoonful of sugar and try to keep it under your tounge until it melts,it also get rid of hiccups.Even sucking of 2-3 pieces of ginger, will stop hiccups from recurring.

8.High blood pressure

Any kind of intake of red meat and eggs give rise to blood pressure than any other food.People with high blood pressure,try to avoid meat and excess intake of sugar,tea and coffee.Have papya in an empty stomach daily for a month, it is effective for hypertension.Garlic is also good remedy for hypertension.
