A RARE COMBINATION

A Practical Resource
for Owner-Level Decisions.

My value comes from a rare combination of senior-level perspective, owner-side operating experience, practical execution capability and discreet support across business and selected personal priorities.

Founder Perspective

I understand the realities of building from scratch, not only advising from outside.

Operator Discipline

I look at structure, accountability, cash flow, execution and follow-through together.

Investor Thinking

I consider risk, return, capital discipline and long-term value before action.

Advisor Judgment

I bring independent perspective to decisions that require clarity and trust.

The strength is not one skill alone. It is the ability to see the whole owner and business context.

BUSINESS LIFECYCLE

Experience Across the
Full Business Lifecycle.

My experience extends from early-stage projects and financing readiness to operations, profitability, expansion, restructuring and succession.

Where sustained involvement is useful, I work as a Board Advisor or Fractional CEO, with responsibilities and decision authority agreed around the needs of the business.

Start-Ups & New Ventures

From concept validation and market-entry planning to practical launch support and early-stage structuring.

Financing Readiness

Help shape funding requirements, investor readiness and clearer capital planning around business priorities.

Operations Management

Improve execution, accountability and day-to-day operating structure as the business grows.

Profitability Improvement

Identify where margins, cost discipline and commercial performance can be strengthened with practical follow-through.

Scaling & Expansion

Support growth into Thailand, ASEAN and international markets with better structure, timing and local coordination.

Restructuring, Turnaround & Succession

Help navigate change, stabilisation, transition and next-stage continuity when important decisions are required.

Breadth of experience matters most when the owner needs judgment across the whole business.

Technology Leadership

From Mainframes to AI

My technology career began in 1989, in the mainframe era. Since then, I have built and led technology businesses through successive shifts in enterprise systems, software, data, cybersecurity and digital services.

That experience spans Java and .NET applications, SAP/ERP, data warehousing and business intelligence, systems integration, banking applications, cybersecurity commercialisation and partnerships with international technology principals. My role has consistently connected customers, commercial decisions, teams, partnerships and delivery.

Today, I apply that operating perspective to AI adoption and governance, cybersecurity and data risk, cloud economics and emerging enterprise technologies — focusing on business relevance, adoption and commercial value while specialist teams provide deep technical implementation.

INTERNATIONAL & REGIONAL GROWTH

Building Markets From Thailand Into ASEAN and Beyond

Thailand has been my operating base since 2002. I work with selected international companies on market entry, partnerships, customer development and local execution, and where the mandate supports it, help shape the next stage of ASEAN growth. Wider APAC assignments are considered selectively, with appropriate country specialists and partners where needed.

Thailand & ASEAN Market Entry

Assess market fit, entry structure, partners and practical local execution.

Regional Representation

Take senior responsibility for developing a Thailand business through market validation, customer development, channels, alliances and commercial follow-through.

Technology Principals & Commercial Partnerships

Help selected international technology companies assess market fit, build enterprise relationships, develop alliances and coordinate specialist delivery.

Cross-Border Partnerships & Expansion

Identify credible opportunities and partners across Southeast Asia, India and other selected markets, connecting strategy with disciplined execution.

The value is not simply in seeing opportunities across borders. It is in judging what is workable, who is credible and how to move from discussion to disciplined execution.

THE ADITYA GROUP ECOSYSTEM

Backed by an
Established Operating Ecosystem.

The relationship is personal, but execution can draw on businesses, people, operating infrastructure and specialist networks built over time.

Operating Businesses

Practical experience developed through real businesses rather than theory alone.

Team & Infrastructure

An experienced team, existing systems and working processes provide continuity where execution support is needed.

Specialist
Partners

Trusted specialists and service providers can be coordinated when a mandate requires additional expertise.

International Network

Relationships across markets support selected introductions, expansion work and cross-border execution.

One senior relationship, strengthened by a broader support ecosystem.

WHO I WORK WITH NOW

Selective Relationships Where Experience Can Make a Material Difference.

At this stage, I work with a limited number of owners and companies where my operating experience, commercial judgment and ability to coordinate execution are genuinely relevant to the decisions ahead. I am not building a volume practice; the right fit matters more than the number of engagements.

Established Family Businesses

Owners strengthening governance, continuity, succession and decision-making without losing entrepreneurial control.

Owner-Led
SMEs

Businesses that need senior judgment, stronger accountability and practical execution as they grow, restructure or prepare for the next stage.

International Companies

Selected companies entering or expanding in Thailand and ASEAN that need senior local judgment, customer development and execution coordination.

Owners Facing Transition

Situations involving expansion, restructuring, succession, stabilisation or other decisions where discretion and experienced perspective matter.

The best relationships are selective, trusted and built around real owner priorities — with no pressure to recommend work that is not needed.

PRINCIPLES

The Way I Work Is Grounded
in a Few Clear Principles.

The relationship depends on clarity, independence, discretion and practical judgment rather than unnecessary complexity.

Independent Judgment

Assess decisions on their commercial merits, explain trade-offs plainly and bring in specialist support where needed.

Integrity

Make commitments carefully and follow through with clarity, respect and accountability.

Discretion

Handle sensitive business, owner and family matters privately and on a need-to-know basis.

Practical Judgment

Focus on workable solutions rather than reports, theory or activity for its own sake.

Long-Term Trust

Build relationships around alignment, sustainability and value over time rather than short-term transactions.

Strong relationships depend as much on principles as they do on capability.

PRIVATE CONVERSATION

Start With a Private Conversation.

The first step is simply to understand the owner’s priorities, the business context and whether this relationship would be genuinely useful.

01

Understand the Context

A confidential discussion around the business, owner priorities and current challenges.

02

Identify Where Support Fits

Clarify whether the need is strategic, executional, personal or a combination.

03

Shape the Right Relationship

Proceed only where there is trust, relevance and a clear working fit.

One trusted senior relationship across business and selected owner priorities.
